Our Off-season training program is designed specifically for senior footballers who want to return sharper, fitter and ready to perform from day one of pre-season.
Sessions focus on developing the key physical and football-specific conditioning qualities needed to meet the demands of the modern game. This will all be overseen by experienced and qualified football strength and conditioning specialists.
Across the program, players will work on:
· Strength and power development
· Speed and acceleration mechanics
· Aerobic fitness and repeat sprint ability
· Injury prevention and resilience
· Football-specific conditioning
Sessions available on either Monday mornings or Thursday evenings.
